The terms for buying from St. Roast.

Using the website

By ordering from stroastt.com you agree to these terms. You confirm that the contact and delivery details you give are correct and that you are at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Products and freshness

Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches, so every bag is freshly roasted after you place your order. Photos are illustrations, and coffee is a natural product, so flavour notes are a guide and may differ from cup to cup. Please store coffee in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without notice. Stock is limited and an order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. If a price or stock level on the website is clearly wrong, we may correct or cancel the order and refund any payment you already made.

Orders and payment

We accept bank transfer and QRIS. A small unique code may be added to your transfer amount so we can match your payment. Orders that are not paid within the time shown at checkout may be cancelled automatically. Please upload your proof of payment on the order page.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are marked on the product page. They are roasted or shipped after the date stated; the date is an estimate and may move when supply changes. We will tell you if it does.

Subscriptions

A subscription is paid in advance for a set number of deliveries at the price shown when you ordered; that price stays locked for the plan. We deliver on the schedule you chose, starting with your first delivery. To pause, change or stop a subscription, contact us before your next delivery is packed. Refunds for deliveries not yet sent are agreed with you case by case.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery time depends on the courier and is not controlled by us. Please give a complete address and a phone number that can be reached; a parcel returned because of a wrong address may need a new shipping fee.

Wholesale, events and experiences

Wholesale quotes, event registrations and brewing experience bookings follow the details confirmed with you by us. Prices in a quote are valid for the period written in the quote. Seats and event details may change; if we cancel, we will refund what you paid.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and flash sales have their own conditions and period, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end a promotion at any time.

Our content

The St. Roast name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, weather, or payment-provider outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We try to settle any problem together first; if that fails, it goes to the competent court in Indonesia.
